Welcome to the website of the Wales Management Council.
Wales Management Council is an employer-led body whose mission is to help managers in Wales to lead and manage successfully. We aim to inspire, motivate and drive change in the perception, delivery, take-up and funding of management and leadership development in Wales.
Our mission is to champion the case for better management and leadership performance across all sectors in Wales.
Through various means, including this website, we aim is to spread good practice and stimulate new thinking that helps Welsh businesses to become more competitive.
Many organisations design or deliver management training, or represent the general interests of business. However we meet a specific need for a body to provide leadership towards the goal of first class management.
We work with like-minded organisations such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Chartered Management Institute, the Institute of Leadership and Management and DELLS (Department of Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills at the Welsh Assembly Government), DEIN (Department for Enterprise, Innovation and Networks), Institute of Directors and Chartered Institute of Marketing, universities, Further Education colleges. Our objective is to keep management high on the economic agenda.
Please look at Our Aims on this website for more information about our vision, mission and objectives.
Join our e-associates scheme to receive regular updates on the activities of the Council or e-mail us on help@crc-wmc.org.uk with your views or for further information on management development.
We look forward to hearing from you.
