Membership

The core criteria for membership are
• support for the Leaders Forum Charter
• contribution to the Wales Management Council’s work
• advocacy for the importance of good management and leadership in Wales.

The founding members will be
• former and current members
• former and current staff

of the Wales Management Council, and people who have contributed in a significant way to the
• development of the Council
• the Council’s work.

Founding members will be encouraged to invite others to attend events and become members who
• demonstrate outstanding leadership and management qualities
• make a significant contribution to the management and leadership development agenda in Wales
• are powerful advocates in support of the Wales Management Council’s aims.
