Leaders Talking to Leaders

The Leaders Forum will:

meet twice per year, over dinner, with a speaker and chief guest of interest and renown
encourage ad hoc meetings between members to explore areas of co-operation to promote the Leaders Forum aims on a local, regional, or sectoral basis
be a wider source of advice and consultation for government departments and others involved in management and leadership development issues
recognise those who are changing the face of management and leadership in Wales by inviting them to become members
recognise excellent managers and leaders in Wales by inviting them to become members
ensure that the quality of its membership is the guarantor of the value and validity of its opinions and recommendations
by the breadth of its view, and the strength of its voice increase the impact and outreach of the Wales Management Council
