Wales Management Council Leaders Forum -
Aims and Objectives

The Leaders Forum:

  • brings together men and women who believe in the importance of leadership, demonstrate leadership qualities, and aspire to create in Wales a culture where good leaders are developed, recognised, applauded, and emulated throughout our society
  • is a challenging think tank that is unique in the breadth and depth of its knowledge
  • provides for its members an opportunity to learn from each other
  • acts as a catalyst to encourage new entrepreneurs to refine their management and leadership skills
  • provides through its members a critical mass of opinion that is a valuable resource of influence, advice, and strategic thinking for all sectors of the economy in Wales
  • offers its members an opportunity to contribute in a unique way to the development of businesses and organisations in Wales and to the economy as a whole
  • seeks to recognise excellence, promote excellence, and celebrate excellence in managers and leaders in Wales
