The Council's work is directed on a day-to-day basis by Chief Executive, Christopher Ward, who joined the Council in March 2002 after some 30 years' senior management experience in the public, private and voluntary sector in the UK and overseas. He is assisted by Gwyneth Stroud, Marketing Executive, Sian Rees, South Wales Executive, and Steve Donnelly, North Wales Executive.
