Creating Future Good Management Practice 

Wales Management Council invited one of its members, Professor Dylan Jones-Evans, to form a Working Group to investigate the development needs of managers in the future.

A Symposium was held in Llangollen in March 2001. The notes taken, the transcripts of the presentations, the group discussions and the plenary sessions were used to prepare a draft report, which was discussed by an extended Working Group meeting in August 2001. A second draft was prepared and, after discussion, resulted in a Consultative Document, which was presented at a Seminar on 15 November 2001.
