Leadership and Management Development Strategies in Wales and England(2007)
SkillsActive, the lead SSC for leadership and management development across the UK, has invited the Wales Management Council to review the current strategic proposals for leadership and management development in Wales against the published strategies available from the RDAs and SSCs to identify common issues, highlight best practice, explore contradictions and support or challenge the initiatives that are currently being proposed in Wales and elsewhere in the UK.
Older Workers in Wales (2007)
The purpose of this report, which is a collaboration between the Wales Management Council and Age Concern Cymru, is to explore the contribution, involvement and management of older workers in Wales.

Tomorrow's Manager (2006)
At the end of 2005 we convened two Working Groups of interested and informed people to explore the complementary issues of what management skills will be required in the future, in the light of changes to the way we live andn work, and what is the most appropriate way in which public funding should be used to support management and leaddership development to meet future organisational needs.
Measuring the Difference (2006)
The problem with management and leadership development is that we all believe it is important, and we all have personal anecdotes of the way in which raising skill levels has helped to improve business performance.  But there is no hard, convincing, public evidence that developing management skills impacts on the bottom or the top line.
